Brief translation of important information
Generalities
We welcome you in three comfortable rooms in a village house with a nice garden. It is located in a hamlet between the Neuchâtel's Lake and the ski slopes of Les Rasses. Ideal for families, small romantic getaway or for a sporting weekend. Our house benefits a great peace in nature.
The three rooms are cozy and functional. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second also has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed and / or crib for baby. The third, a little smaller than the other two, has a French bed with a wardrobe. Toilets on the same floor and bathroom on the 1st.
You also have the opportunity to sleep in one traditional teepee in our garden. This atypical accommodation has a double bed, an armchair and a service trolley on which you will find a kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast will be served in a basket placed in front of your door in the early morning.
You have free access to the terrace, garden, to the laundry room and lounge.
Bikers are welcome. Covered shelter for motorcycles.
You may use our bicycles if available.
We stand gladly available to passengers to advise them during their stay.
The boss is cook, he will be happy to cook up delicious meals on request. Just tell us one or two days in advance. We consider the vegetarian diet, without gluten or lactose. Our kitchen is closed on Sunday.
The hamlet of La Mothe is very quiet with little traffic. We find our milk and our fresh eggs in a nearby farm.
We are a couple with a child. Single people or families are welcome. We have available for reading and board games. In case of bad weather, we pay hundreds of free DVD's and CD's.
Rates
The indicated prices are for one night, including breakfast.
Room "Orange": SFr. 85 .-- (SFr. 90 .-- during the weekend)
Room "Saga Africa": SFr. 85 .-- (SFr. 90 .-- during the weekend)
Room "Colombo": SFr. 70 .-- (SFr. 75 .-- during the weekend)
Teepee: SFr. 100 .-- (SFr. 110 .-- during the weekend)
Tourist tax: SFr. 2 .-- per person (from 16 years old) and per night.
From the 3rd person in the room "Saga Africa" we charge:
SFr. 10 .-- (children between 2 and 6 years)
SFr. 20 .-- (children between 6 and 16 years)
SFr. 30 .-- (from 16 years) surcharge.
Free for children between 0 and 2 years.
Other meals are extra.
Possibility to take your dinner with us. Thank you therefore notify us at least one day in advance.
If you leave for the day hiking or on the slopes, we can prepare a picnic basket according to your tastes. We are happy to make available all the necessary materials (basket or backpack, plates, services, towels, glasses, etc.).

More than 7 days : free
Less than 7 days or no-show: all of the stay is due
We are not equipped to accept the credit cards. Please take swiss francs before your arrival.

Warning : the kitchen is not available to our visitors for cooking but is quite accessible for little things like heat food in the microwave or baby bottle.
Particularities
For families / children / couples
Smoking allowed (but not in the bedrooms)
We don't accept the animals anymore.
The configuration of the house is unfortunately not possible to accommodate people in wheelchairs (there are stairs and no elevator). Apologies!
For people allergic to animal hair, it should be noted that we have cats and two dogs (all of them are very kind).
Access for passengers
By car, bike, foot gold motorbike. But of course you can come by other means of transport, namely:
- Postal bus (stop at La Mothe, station "Haut-du-village, 20 meters from our house)
- Train station (Vuiteboeuf station, 3km).
- Train station (Yverdon-les-Bains, 10km).
We can pick you up at the bus stop or at the railway station of Vuiteboeuf or Yverdon-les-Bains if needed at no additional cost.
